I need to talk to someone i am devastated i had a relly hard year and now i am in a 3 day grace period on a refinance and i feel i have been severely taken advantage of with the finance company They showed me a 10000 dollar cashout and debt consolidation which they anticipated happening 3 weeks ago I signed the closing docs 3 weeks ago I went too them because i needed help today they showed me the actual disbersments mine is 125.00 now I am in a position that i will have to take the loan or my credit will be slaughtered I cant even afford to pay my dr bills and utilities I feel I was mis lead and strung along what can I do

Hi jerrybertrand,

I guess you were upside down on your mortgage. The mortgage on your property is more than the value of the property right now. If you feel you've been cheated by your lender, I would suggest you to contact an attorney and take his suggestions in this regard. This will help you in knowing what steps you need to take in order to come out of this situation.
