Should we challenge our tax appraisal?

Like 0 Dislike 0 last year our appraisal was $155, this year it is $143, our balance is $153,00. Only one of our neighbors appraisals went down all the rest went up or stayed the same. Should we challenge this? Our house is definitely worth the $155. We have put in a sprinkler system shouldn't this have enhanced the property?

Installing of a sprinkler system should also have increased the value of the property to some extent. Considering these facts, I think you can challenge the tax appraisal.
