mommatias Joined: 24 Sep 2009 Posts: 1 1.32 Dollars($)	Posted: Thu Sep 24, 2009 12:55 pm    Post subject: can bank charge you lawyer fees Like 0 Dislike 0 US bank, collection/mitigation dept operators are threatening us by telling us we must pay lawyer fees if we do not make our next mortgage pmt. we have submitted paperwork for loan mod. however usbank cannot confirm they have received paperwork and is telling us to make pmt or they will charge us the lawyer fees assoiated with the forclosure or load mod. whichever way it goes
