I have two negative charge offs on my credit reports. One is for a disputed account for $112 and the other an auto loan charge off for $2486 I believe it was charged off in 2007.My credit scores are Equifax 719 TU 623 and Experian (fako)591 well through experian can't get real scores any more. I do have other negative tradelines which are due to fall off Experian already have written letter from company they are going to delete the accounts. They have already falling off Eq and TU.So once they off my Experian hopefully my fako score should raise up a bit.So in all it's the only two above listed accounts left.Would I be quiliafied to get fiananced as a FTHB with these two negative accounts for FHA?

A FHA loan requires the borrowers to have a credit score of 600-620 in order to qualify for a loan. However, the borrower should have no other negative item on the credit report. I would suggest you to apply for a FHA loan once the negative items are removed from your credit report. It will become easier for you to qualify for a loan.
