I rented a storage unit it was being stored a their facility. I closed my account and was cleaning it out when the door started to fall and hit my son in the face. I rushed him to the hospital. My friend stayed and put my property behind the building. At 5:45 a.m. in the morning he received a call saying that they were going to put the stuff back in the unit and charge me til we cleaned it out. Then at 8:50 a.m. they called me saying we left a hell of a mess and to call them asap. So my friend called back at 9:36 a.m. and they said that they threw my property away. Don't they owe me for my property. And my sons hospital bill.

Welcome freedomsue,

It would be better if you could contact an attorney dealing with civil cases and take his opinion in this regard. He would be the best to help you in this regard and guide you to take proper legal steps.
