Okay still having a problem, had to get my closing extended because of the remark disputed by the consumer. i disputed this remark with equifax and they removed it in one day, but my god transunion the bureau from hell, it has been since oct 20th and nothing has been resolved yet!!can this stop me from being approved? i was just about there and this snag came about! My mortgage company states they can not do anything until this is removed.

Without knowing what the remark is or what the underwriter is thinking....there is no way to truly answer your question.
