My son is renting a condo that is in forclosure. His landlord just told him he has to be out in 30 days as he is turning over the keys to the band using this "deed in lieu."
My son has a rental contract that has 5 months left. Does he need to move out in 30 days? Can the bank throw him out??

Welcome jthompson,

Your son needs to contact the bank and let it know that he wants to stay in the house for the next 5 months. As far as I can understand, if he pays on the rental dues, the bank will not ask him to leave the property.
