Like 0 Dislike 0 If your payments on your mortgage load is up-to-date,can the Condo association sell your condo if you owe them money for maintenance fees? They already have placed my property on the market for sale, should I still pay them? If I pay them can they keep the money and kick me out?

The condo association can place a lien for the delinquent fees and sell off the property in order to recover the same. It will be better if you could contact your condo association and pay off the back dues. This will help you in saving the property. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
