Several people are more than a year behind in dues. Our savings account is depleting rapidly. Please advise on the laws in Iowa.

You can list the property in the market. However, though you sell off the property, yet you would be liable for the unpaid dues. You should contact the condo association and request them to give you a payment plan to pay off the dues. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
