This makes it impossible to refinance your property. But the state is taxing me as permanent structure. Here's the rub. The criteria for permanent structure states you have to have a deactivated title. Any help would be appreciated Thank you for your time. Jehda

The title can be deactivated when it is free and clear of all recorded liens and encumbrances. If you do not meet the required criteria, you won't be able to deactivate the title. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
