My law office has send he's office a quit claim deed to sign and it has already past the 30 days limit. What other legal action do you think I would be able to take myself, without costing anymore law fee.

Hi coldstone,

If the court has ordered him to sign the deed and transfer the title to you, he has to do it. If he does not do that, he will be in contempt of court. I think you should ask your lawyer to send him a legal letter reminding him of the court order and expressing your intention of dragging him to court for having violated the court order. This should make him sign the deed.

Thanks,

Jerry
