Can I apply for a Deed in lieu with my first mortgage, if I have two other liens with two other banks?

Hi chuck,

You can definitely apply for a deed in lieu with your first mortgage. You can talk with the loss mitigation department of your lender and negotiate for a deed in lieu. However, you also need to take permission from your other two lenders to go ahead with the DIL.
