they than went back to the private investor and came back to me and said i would be a bit short each month and so it could not go through they than asked for a 1099 do not have it but said i will provide my returns instead and asked a p and l for this year and my rental contracts. I fell they are not being very faier with me to make an offer and no take it away told them I will not pay till we sort this out any other suggestions how to deal with this

If bank is asking for more documents, I would suggest you to produce those. As you know banls are also busy doing lot of modofications and dealing with lot of foreclosure, I do nto think they will be asking for more documnets unless they want to work on it

surely, they are asking it to help you out. pl cooperate with them. They have right to check whatever you have eariler stated.
