Hi, I was told I was in foreclosure status...I know with the new government stimulus plan I can modify my loan, cause i have a job now and can afford it, but i'm 5 months behind and they won't take any payments from me less then the full amount...Right now i'm just waiting from a response from them to get the modification...My question is" in the meantime what do i do while waiting? They said it could take several weeks and by that time i will be about 6-7 months behind and again they won't take less then the full amount i owe...please help!

There is nothing you can do at this point but stay in contact with your lender and let them know that you are really trying to get a modifcation done with them so that you can get back on track. You obviously can't make the delinquent amount in full so you are doing everything in your power to get the modifciation completed ASAP. They will understand... just keep in touch with them.

Hi

I also think you're left with little choice in this situation and can do nothing but wait for a response from them. In the mean time try and save as much as you can as it will help you make the payments on a regular basis and pay off the debt faster.

What you can do in order for the bank to pay attention to you and modify the loan is to have me take a look at your situation at no cost or obligation. I have been working in the real estate market for many years and now work with the Law Offices Timothy Bryson doing loan modifications for clients. We have had a very high success rate as well. Let me know if i can be of any service to you.
Sincerely,

alejandro, your advertisement is something this community does not endorse. if you wish to become a valued member of the community and lend your expertise, that would be welcomed.

clear advertising, on the other hand, is not welcomed. we appreciate your efforts but hope you'll see fit to comply. thanks.
