Like 0 Dislike 0 my husband has just finished divorce, but the haus mortgage was still in his name and was awarded to ex wife..in the court order if ex wife has late pyment at least 1 month or more the proprty is subject for sale in"time strictly of essence"'..ex wife has late payment my husband fail to enforce the sale does this mean my husband has no right to sold the propert if in case ex wife has late or fail payment again?
