Can I appeal an eviction if I never signed a lease agreement and it appears the deeds are a fraud. Also the judge would not look at my evidence

If you never signed a lease agreement, you are not legally bound to follow its terms. If someone else signed the agreement in your name, it is a kind of fraud.
