Can I appeal an eviction if I never signed a lease agreement and it appears the deeds are a fraud. Also the judge would not look at my evidence

Hi Shelia,

If you never signed a lease agreement, you are not legally bound to follow its terms. If someone else signed the agreement in your name, it is a kind of fraud. What you need at present is a consultation with a lawyer. He can show you the right way on how to get out of this situation and can tell you how you can take legal action against those who took part in the fraud.
