FannyMae rejected our mortgage

We were accepted by the bank. However, FannyMae turned down our application because there are 82% of the units built. Is there anyplace we can get a mortgage in Michigan without FannyMae?

You can contact private lenders in order to check out whether or not you can get a loan on the said property. However, if you get a loan from a private lender, there are chances that you may have to pay higher interest rates. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
