| I have only one son and daughter.My son completed his B.Tech in chennai.After he went to US for his MS post graduate.I arranged money from bank for his studies.But last one year no contact.I heard he came to chennai and married a girl and went back to US.Me and my wife both are upset.Now I am totally sick.I cant pay the balance bank loan.Is it possible I can make case against my son? Please advise me. |

Hi
I do understand how frustrating the situation must have been for you.
Though it's not a legal forum and I'm not a legal expert, it looks like you should be able file a case against your son. But I'm not sure on what ground the case could be filed. I think you need to consult an attorney as he is the best person to help you in this situation. You can also check out some legal forums and seek some valuable suggestions there. |

vijay, whose loan is it? is it yours only? is it yours and his jointly? is it yours and your wife's jointly?
