Hi

I do understand how frustrating the situation must have been for you. Sad

Though it's not a legal forum and I'm not a legal expert, it looks like you should be able file a case against your son. But I'm not sure on what ground the case could be filed. I think you need to consult an attorney as he is the best person to help you in this situation. You can also check out some legal forums and seek some valuable suggestions there.

vijay, whose loan is it? is it yours only? is it yours and his jointly? is it yours and your wife's jointly?

frankly, i think it's ludicrous to think of suing your son.

better communicate with your son for loan payment. since you are on mortgage, you are answerable for payment
