I have a commercial proprty under a corporation's name and it is in CA. Corporation has exhausted funds due to on going problems with tenants. With this market we are having problems to get offers to sell the property. We are now facing financial difficulties and don't have funds to keep up with the mortgae. what are our options:

If you are facing problems in paying mortgage, you should contact your lender and apply for a loan modification. This will help you in getting better rates and terms to pay off the dues if the lender agrees to your request.
