Hello zubair,

It's actually done just by a simple name search. Try it out here: http://www.gsccca.org/search/Lien/namesearch.asp

If you don't have any luck there just go to your local county courthouse and ask the clerk of courts or anyone you can find for that matter and I'm sure that they'll point you in the right direction.
