Is it possible that the VA can garnish the VA disability income if I cannot pay off the VA loan?
Well, as far as I know, VA considers all their loans as non-recourse. Thus, they never come after the borrower to recover the balance amount resulting from the sale of the property.

VA never garnishes disability income. They will only take over the property.
