My timeshare is payed for we have had it for a year now~! We just want to give it back with out all the cost. How do we do that legally?

Hi yaifish,

You can contact the timeshare company and sell it off to them. While you negotiate for the sale of the property, you and the timeshare company should decide upon the sale price. I don't think there would be any legal issues in this regard.
