I own the house and there are other family whom I let to stay there with us. However, they are fighting all the time and they do not want to move out. I am pregnant and concern about my own family listening to all their argument. What is the proper way of legally getting rid of them? Please advise

you could change the locks when they aren't home, i suppose.

of course the best action would be to have a frank discussion with them concerning your pregnancy, their fighting and their lack of concern for civility in the house. that doesn't sound like it's viable at this point, though, if this has been going on for a while.

i'd have to think that there would be a way of doing this through the legal system, but that's not going to be pretty (not that any of it is), and you'll need legal counsel, i imagine, to guide you through the maze of the courts.

are they that rude that they'd insist on staying just to annoy you?
