Why do you think you will loose you house? Are you not able to pay your tax payments? If so then you need to talk with the lender ASAP.

Please explain your situation a bit more so that we can try to help you out.

You will need to talk to your servicer to workout Lossmitigation options. the Loan resolution consultant from the servicer's office should be able to help you.

I agree with MKnight. The poster has to consult the loss mitigation dept. of the mortgage company. They'll analyze his situation and then come up with some alternatives so that he can pay off the mortgage and avoid losing his home.
