OUR HOME WAS SOLD AT AUCTIONON 7/9/20010, HOW LONG DO WE HAVE TO GET OUT AFTER THE NEW OWNER GETS THE TITLE, LEE COUNTY FL.

Hi PAULK,

The lender will send you a notice to leave the property once the property sale is over. The time period to leave the property will be mentioned in that notice. You'll have to leave the property within that given period of time. Normally, the lenders give a time period of 3 days to leave the property.
