can you please tell me how much intrest would be on a mortgage i hold for someone that came due may 20,2008. i am charging intrest only 19.9. the bought 2 cars an a 29 ft boat instead ofpaying me the 41,390. can yo tell me how much intrest only they owe me .thank yo for your time

march 1,2008,the mortage we held for these people came due.theyowe us 41,393.92 cents. thay also skiped a payment $ 500.00 we agreed to take $500, a mont until they got a mortage. we didnt want them to los there place. we said it would be like rent. then they decided they would not get mortsge,they we due a setlement from a car wreak. only when they got there money they bought a car,and the lady said they needed a a truck, and a 28 ft cabin boat.now they are trying to say we id somthing illegal by using the money as rent, even thou.so we need to document al the payments that they have made.now i need to sehow much there payment and intrest alowed by law
