D1980 Guest	Posted: Fri May 21, 2010 9:33 am    Post subject: Lien on a home Like 0 Dislike 0 I have been living in a home and helping pay the mortgage for four yrs with my girlfriend of almost nine yrs. During this time I have done many upgrades and remodel type things to the home with the intent of getting married. Things have sense gone a rye and we r splitting up. Can I place a lien on the house for the work I did and the money that I put towards the house payment? _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? If you do not get the judgment, you won't be able to place the lien. Thanks
