How to take back property and release a lien?

Like 0 Dislike 0 I have assumed the duties of executor of my Dad's estate. He had sold a piece of property and the people are past due on their lien. They said the would give the property back instead of going through the forclosure process. What form is it that I need to get them to sign, so the property comes back to me and the lien on the note is cleared?
