I have applied for a loan but it is denied. what are the possible reasons & solutions to make it happen?

did the lender not tell you? you should receive a denial letter. call them up and they'll be able to tell you, robert. we cannot begin to give you reasons, since we know nothing about your application.

Yes ,
Exactly lender might send you the letter in which he specifies the rejection of loan with proper reasons.
Lender must send it check your postel box.

Improve your credit score and freshly apply after 2-3 months.

A range of reasons though this may not apply to you, and it is a short list since you did mention what type of loan you applied for. Low credit scores/ bad credit history, do not have enough income to qualify, value of the home is too low to qualify, judgments / liens against you, are a few possibilities to name a few, your company should have contacted you and not leave you in the dark.
