I have completed the paperwork 3 times and am now doing it again. I was denied for reasons like the first time they could not reach me which is a lie i call them all the time and then i was told that they were told the property was vacant another lie and i was told not to make a payment for january and february and then i will start a forbearance so i did that and made the payments they asked me to with only a 128 dollars off my mortgage payment and now i'm back to regular payments but i got behind for two months because i was told not to make the payments and now i find out they want me to pay for those months because i was denied or face foreclosure something is very wrong. Can anyone tell me anything. I'm thinking of getting an attorney at this point of them playing games.

One of the importaty thing while dealing with these companies is,whenever they ask you do do something,ask them to give it in written format so you will have enough proofs to show them once you file a case against them in a court.
