Hi ironmanhardy,

Do you have an existing mortgage on your home and looking to refinance?

When lenders consider whether you qualify for a refinance, they check your credit report, whether you had any late payments on your current mortgage etc? Do you have a not-so-good credit score or late payements etc? Did you ask the lenders why they think you are not eligible for a loan?

you will get a mortgage if you have a good credit score.rather refinancing in this market will be little tough but you need to look for the deals.

how much do you owe currently? Idea

Hi ironmanhardy,

Since you have a great credit, there are chances that you may get a loan on your mobile home, provided it satisfies other eligibility requirements set by the lenders. There are some lenders who are part of this community. Why don't you seek a No Obligation Free Mortgage Quote from them? That seems to be a better option for you as they would be the ones who can help you with this issue.
