hi ironmanhardy,

do you have an existing mortgage on your home and looking to refinance?

when lenders consider whether you qualify for a refinance, they check your credit report, whether you had any late payments on your current mortgage etc? do you have a not-so-good credit score or late payements etc? did you ask the lenders why they think you are not eligible for a loan?

ironmanhardy

you will get a mortgage if you have a good credit score.rather refinancing in this market will be little tough but you need to look for the deals.

how much do you owe currently?

Hi ironmanhardy,

Since you have a great credit, there are chances that you may get a loan on your mobile home, provided it satisfies other eligibility requirements set by the lenders. There are some lenders who are part of this community. Why don't you seek a No Obligation Free Mortgage Quote from them? That seems to be a better option for you as they would be the ones who can help you with this issue.
