Like 0 Dislike 0 My son wants to buy a repo,Moble home.There are 4 months of back lot rent owed to moble home park owner. He wants to pay cash.Who should pay the back rent?

The term "as is" means that you purchase the home in whatever condition it is and that you as a buyer are responsible to pay the back taxes and the overdue lot rent. Thus, your son would be liable to pay the back rent. Thanks
