OMG I need help

My husband and I rented our mobil home about 2 years ago. The renters wanted to buy and all went well until Nov and Dec. He passed in Nov and she passed in Dec. I call Green T... to find out what I could do because I can't afford to pay house,lot, elec and on and on for 2 houses. GT pretty much said to bad they do not finance mobil homes anymore so I rent it or forclose. Now I'm really sick and just dont know what to do. The renters signed a lot rent lease and a rental agreement but they have passed and I don't think they had a lot. They trashed the bathroom so thats an issue. I just don't know what to do. Would talk to an Attorney but can't afford that. I would like to let it be repoed but I know know the Park Managers and finance company would rob me blind. The park is really bad but the house is nice thats why no one wanted to pay 29,000 for something nice sitting around junk. I just don't know what to do
