I would like to know if I would be able to get a loan on my land if it is homesteaded? I have a double wide mobile home and it needs a roof. I am having a lot of difficulty in getting a loan to replace the roof

Hi fzavadil,

As far as I know, you will be able to get a loan on an homesteaded property. However, after you get the loan, you may have to refile the homestead.
