question here. I was approved for a mod. I was instructed to sign an agreement. I read the agreement and questioned it by calling into the mortgage lender. After several calls to the lender on the subject, I was told not to sign and to contact them on a Wednesday (2 days past the deadline for the signed agreement to in their office) I complied. On Wednesday, I was denied the mod because I did not meet the deadline. What are my rights here?

Welcome senenrodriguez,

As you did not sign the loan modification docs, it's quite natural that your request for modification will not be accepted by the lender. You will have to contact your lender and request for a modification again.
