Hi stacy,

Your current lender will help you in modifying the loan. If you are delinquent on your mortgage payments, you should immediately contact your lender and apply for a loan modification.

??????????????????????? Do you not look to whom you are sending a reply?????????? I know this, however, and I do this for a living, I have had trouble finding these since current lender is Green Tree..............

It is your current lender who will help you in modifying the loan. Other lenders won't be of any help to you. You need to negotiate with your lender and check out if he can help you.
