i recently went through a modification process through a company. the company did get me time and stopped the sales date. but the terms that was given to me was worst than what i already had. can i go through a lawyer and renegoiate my terms i have not sign the papers they sent me

Hi cyrilcarr

You can consult a lawyer and try to re-negotiate the terms and conditions. But it will be totally the lender's discretion whether he will be ready to negotiate or not. To know more about loan modification, check out the information available on this topic.
