Modification process

I am in Wells Fargo 3 month trial period with 2 payments made ( ahead of time) . I want to keep up and have all my fears relieved, HA! anyway . I have heard that you can talk to negotiator? How can I get that info. Also one of my questions, Has anyone who made monthly trial period payments early gotten their perm modification answer earlier than the paperwork specified. Thanks
rayst

I think you are on right track and you should not worry once they offered you a trial period, they are checking to see if you can keep up with the commitment

hi rayst,

it is good to know that you have made your payments under the trial period of loan modification early. there are high chances that the lender would be ready to give you the loan modification. you can contact a loss mitigation expert or a lawyer in order to negotiate with your lender for the loan modification. however, it is always a better option to negotiate with the lender yourself.

thanks

How exactly does a trial mortgage work?

Hi helpishere,

I haven't heard about trial mortgage but there is a concept of trial mortgage modification. The lender will give you a 3 months trial period for loan modification. If you can make your required payments on time during this trial period, then there is a high chance that your loan modification request will be accepted by the lender.
