Do you have a Freddie Mac or Fannie Mae Loan? If you have a Freddie Mac Loan, there are more options available to you, but you have to contact your mortgage company directly - communication is key. Have you been served with Foreclosure papers from and Attorney? The foreclosure process would include a court date for you. The Sale date would not come as a surprise, all parties are notified.

By now they woudl ahve for sure modifiled your Credit Scor not the loan.

In this current market it is taking more than 9 - 12 months for most lenders to complete the foreclosure process. I would be surprised if they are nto calling you every two weeks.

You will get a notice of foreclosure soon and then evacuation notice.
