we have a holliday cottage which was used by clements he left without paying we tracked him down to his house in scalby cumbria were given a cheque for £200 whitch bounced this was repeated numaros times he promised to have cash on a cirtin day we called he said he had alredy sent it with royal mail he told us more lyes and exuces than tom pepper he new them all. ( this all happened 4 years ago ) so i think if you dig deepinough i think his actions have been planed well in advance.

thay stoped in our cottage as mr and mrs so the woman still in house at scalby will be his wife not excuse and will also know his wereabouts
the house will be worth about 350k there is also woden stables a horse and other bits and peaces layed about last time i saw him he was driving a audi a 4 estate car silver in colour ps we still havent been payed.

Hi steptoe,

I can understand what you must be going through as you are not receiving your payments on time. You can take legal action against him so that he is bound to pay off the dues. I would suggest you to contact an attorney and take his opinion in this matter.
