Most of the lenders would want you to occupy the property for at least 6-12 months before approving the loan. There could be a few lenders who might want to offer you a loan without any seasoning requirement. However, there are not many lenders who would do so. What I can suggest you is, go for a no-obligation free mortgage consultation with the lenders in this community. In case, any of them offers loans without any seasoning requirement, he should be able to help you. |
