I am a NACA member and I have submitted my paperwork through NACA . I was told it would be up to 10 working days. It has now come and gone, but no response from Chase bank or anyone else. I have called NACA and left messages, but again no response. How do you get anyone to let you know what is going on with this process?

Hi Guest!

Welcome to forums!

It is difficult to let you know what is going on with the process. I think you should contact Chase and ask them about the progress of your loan application. You can request them to speed up the process.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

just keep calling and keep leaving messages until you are successful. persistence will beat the daylights out of sitting back and waiting. perhaps 10 days was too optimistic a forecast.
