You can sell the house, if you want. But if your co-owners do not want to sell the house, they can buy you out or refinance the loan. In case, they cannot refinance or buy you out, you can file a partition lawsuit in court. The court can then order a sale of the house and distribute the proceeds among the co-owners. Discuss this option with a real estate lawyer to know if it applies to your situation.
