I am a 26 yr old single mother. We have had bad bad luck since 06. Took care of my grandparents until they passed. They were very sick but wanted to be home. I lost my job because of it, but found another, then another that paid more. I have had my electric, water and tv cut off more than once. We still have no t.v. The state keeps giving me a run around on getting help except for health insurance and food stamps, which yes it does help out alot but I need help with my morgage. I have almost lost our house 2 times. My morgage is 1500 and I only make 1350 a month. We have no were to go! Can any please help in leading me in a way that can help me through this some how? The clouds are becoming to big and I just can't find my way out.

Hi xander,

I would suggest you to contact your lender and apply for a loan modification. In this process, though your loan term would get extended, your interest rates for paying the monthly payment would be reduced. This will help you in paying the mortgage dues as well as save your home.
