supermansmom2121 Guest	Posted: Tue May 18, 2010 12:37 pm    Post subject: a clean on a foreclosed home Like 0 Dislike 0 I did some house cleaning for a company that gets foreclosed homes ready to be shown by the realtors. The lady who owns the company sent me a text message telling me she would pay me $90.00 for the house. I went and cleaned it and took pictures before and after of the house. But now she is saying she wont pay me anything because some spots were missed. Even though it took me 5 hours and drove 45mins out of my way to clean the house. Can I place a lien on the house since she agreed to pay me $90 but never did? Also I am not licensed but I cleaned the houses for her as a hobby but still pay taxes on the money that I earned.
