We also own oua primary home in CAL. our name in on the loan in NC & SC property but the deed contain 2 other couples. Each couple used to pay 1/3 toward the mortgage but 1 couple right now is not paying because they are in pre-foreclosure themselves. What is the best course for us since we and the other couple cannot afford to pay the mortgage each month. I am in default for about 3 months now.Thanks.
