RJay Guest	Posted: Sat Sep 11, 2010 3:17 pm    Post subject: Property Lein Like 0 Dislike 0 I entered in to a lease purchase agreement in November of 2008 with my Aunt. I had to clean the house out and clean it up. I took pictures of the place just to CMA. 2 years later she does not have the money for the lease purchase the and the contract is expired. Can I put a lein on the house for the repairs and the cleaning of the house it took us two months to get the home presentable enough to live in. _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? If you willingly went into the contract knowing that the property is not in a livable condition, then I don't think you will be able to place a lien on that property. Nevertheless, you should contact your attorney and take his opinion in this matter.
