MAY QUESTION IS, ARE YOU STILL OBLIGATED TO PAY BACK PROPERTY TAXES, WHEN YOU FILE THE DEED IN LIEU OF FORECLOSURE. PLEASE REPLY

Hi vinson,

Though you file deed in lieu of foreclosure, the property remains in your name until it is sold off. Thus, you'll remain liable for the back taxes on your property.
