But only both are applying for the loan as I have bad credit. I putting some money down and I will be paying the mortgage as well. I asked to get my name on the title to protect my rights they refused and said that will be a free ride for me because my name in not on the loan so I am not legally responsible for it. So is there sort of contract to protect my share to hold me in court in case I need to or what should I do?
